Bachmann accuses White House of hiding billions in health bill — Instead of answering questions on “Meet the Press,” she launched into attacks on Obama administration.
U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann had a point to make Sunday morning, and no question was going to stop her.
Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Bachmann bypassed host David Gregory’s questions about a government shutdown and House Speaker John Boehner to attack the Obama administration with her claim that it hid $105 billion in “advance appropriations” in last year’s health care bill.
Ms. Bachmann says that “her claim” was revealed by a Congressional Research Service report. Funny that the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune article doesn’t mention that.
