Coal is America’s abundant fossil fuel … we have about 30% of the world’s supply. It generates about 45% of America’s electricity. Burning coal produces about 1800 tons of CO2, which everyone exhales and plants eat for their very survivable. A world without CO2 would die overnight.
So what does the new EPA RULE do, it limits new coal power plants to 1000 tons per megawatt produced. No one even know how to do this.
So coal companies cannot expand their electricity production technology, or build new, they just can’t. Your world of cheap electricity just ended. Of course we will subsidize the poor and illegals, so they won’t be harmed.
