The video starts out with some content from obamasnippets.com, which, of course is contrived. And yet, there seems to be a synthetic truth about what the president says. Is he “natural born” according to the Constitution? No. The requirement is that BOTH parents need to be U. S. Citizens. Two U. S. Citizen parents produce a “natural born” citizen. It’s likely that Mr. Obama was REGISTERED in Hawaii, therefore he has a COLB from Hawaii. The truth may well be he was born in Kenya; that is where we believe his “long-form” birth certificate was issued. Nevertheless, “natural born” indicates, and speaks to the fact that BOTH parents have to be U. S. Citizens. His father WAS NEVER a U. S. Citizen, therefore, Barack Hussein Obama is NOT a “natural born” Citizen of the United States, thus he is in violation of Amendment 14, and Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution.
You wonder, why does Obama seem so foreign? Hope you don’t mind.

IMPLICATIVE DISCOVERY: A government document found buried in the online reference section of a Boston Public Library archive bolsters a growing mountain of evidentiary data against Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to be president. The document indicates that a consular officer issued a single certificate of statutory citizenship, within the time frame including August 4, 1961, to a child born to a U.S. citizen between July 1st and December 31st, 1961 in the Kenyan region of Africa. The record also reveals that the certificate was the only one issued for this specific type of arrival in the U.S. over a span of more than 18 months, among thousands from other parts of the world.

Hmm…An AP story from 2004 entitled Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate has been discovered on archive.org by many sites (and twitter where I got this). Does this mean now that the AP is nothing but a bunch of birthers?
Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
The Republican choice will become an instant underdog in the campaign for the seat of retiring Republican Senator Peter Fitzgerald, since Obama held a wide lead even before the scandal broke.
“I feel for him actually,” Obama told a Chicago TV station. “What he’s gone through over the last three days I think is something you wouldn’t wish on anybody.”
The Republican state committee must now choose a replacement for Ryan, who had won in the primaries against seven contenders. Its task is complicated by the fact that Obama holds a comfortable lead in the polls and is widely regarded as a rising Democratic star.

Did you know that videos can be forged? One of the easy ways to do it is to simply cut out the “not” from “I was not born in Kenya.”
Re the INS document:
Gee you guys are crazy.
The fact that ONE, just one, US citizen arrived in the USA from Kenya during the entire year around Obama’s birth is, you seem to imply, proof that that one person is Obama. What are the odds of that happening? For that matter, what are the odds that he is one of the 21 people total who arrived in the USA from Kenya in that year???
We have absolutely no proof that Obama’s mother ever went to Kenya–and it would have been a hugely difficult, expensive and risky (stillbirth, Yellow Fever in Kenya) trip.
There are certainly no records in Kenya that show that she arrived or departed or that Obama did, and there are certainly no birth records for him in Kenya (except for three forgeries, one by a convicted felon who claimed to have gotten it in Mombasa but has constantly refused to prove that he had every gone to Kenya). There are no records of Obama having been granted a US passport or added to his mother’s US passport or having been issued a US visa while he was in Kenya—and that is where he would have had to have gotten it if he was indeed born there in order to travel to the USA.
Conversely, in Hawaii there are records of his birth. Hawaii has issued both the short form and long form birth certificate, and three Republican (and several Democrat) officials have confirmed the facts on it, and there are the birth notices in the Hawaii newspapers. In those days the Hawaii newspapers only took their birth notices from the DOH of Hawaii (they did not accept birth notice ads or birth notices from relatives). And the DOH of Hawaii in 1961 only sent out birth notices for births IN HAWAII.
For those of you who still believe that Obama could have been born in Kenya, or in fact in any foreign country, a question for you:
I’ll bet that you know (but, actually, you may have forgotten) that the US government requires, and has long required, that a child being carried into the USA must have some kind of official travel document to be admitted. This is usually a US passport for the child. Or, it could be the fact that the child is entered on the mother’s US passport. Or, it could be a US visa for the child on a foreign passport. Without one of those, we would not let the child into the country.
So, IF Obama really had been born in Kenya (or in any country other than the USA), he would have had to have one of those documents–wouldn’t he? His family would have had to show the passport, wouldn’t they? To show the passport, they would have had to have applied for the passport or the visa for Obama. And, if Obama really were born in Kenya (or another country), they would have had to have applied for it in the US consulate or embassy there, wouldn’t they?
The meaning of Natural Born Citizen comes from the common law, not from Vattel, and it refers to the place of birth, not the parents.
“Under the longstanding English common-law principle of jus soli, persons born within the territory of the sovereign (other than children of enemy aliens or foreign diplomats) are citizens from birth. Thus, those persons born within the United States are “natural born citizens” and eligible to be President….”—- Edwin Meese, et al, THE HERITAGE GUIDE TO THE CONSTITUTION (2005) [Edwin Meese was Ronald Reagan’s attorney general, and the Heritage Foundation is a well-known Conservative organization.]

But having one President of Kenyan ancestry and one of American does present it’s own challenges.
