Obama’s Incredibly Weak Response To Newly Released Video

From a report by Jake Tapper at ABC. Given how much time they had to prepare, you’d think Team Obama could craft something akin to a response to the newly reported video.

Evidently all they can do is be non-responsive and go on the attack. It would seem they realize there is no way Obama can explain away his divisive rhetoric that went unreported in 2008.

This also confirms that, as has been said, the media never truly vetted Obama in 2008. Based on broader reactions across the media, for the most part, they don’t intend on doing it now, either.  And anyone who does dare to try is simply going to be stone-walled, while being given another attack line from the not-so-great uniter in the WH seeking a second term.

I didn’t even see Romney in the video yet, and he goes back to the 47 % of the voters are takers…. THE OBAMA moron voters, like the cellphone lady…

In response, the Obama campaign said the release of the clips are a “transparent attempt” by “Mitt Romney’s allies” to change the subject from the GOP nominee’s secretly recorded comments that 47 percent of voters are dependent and believe “they are victims.”

“The only thing shocking about this is that they apparently think it’s wrong to suggest that we should help returning veterans, children leaving foster care and other members of Mitt Romney’s 47 percent get training that will allow them to find the best available jobs.  If the Romney campaign believes that Americans will accept these desperate attacks tomorrow night in place of specific plans for the middle class, it’s they who are in for a surprise,” campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt said in a written statement.
