Yes it is .. AMNESTY Is a big loser for all American workers … which is why big business is all for it.
It’s your job, how about you???
Democrat voters in waiting. How good a deal for you and America is all that, uneducated, uneducable voters. Democrats need an illiterate under class for their bamboozling act. Just like the dead Hugo Chavez, Venezuala needs lots of stupid voters for it to work … And in the end, you won’t work!!!
Every job in America is at danger with this AMNESTY SCHEME. It’s all about dumb voters.
Does anybody buy the low-level workers scenario … how dumb are they? Of course not.
It’s rigorous work keeping pace with all of these scandals, as House Democratic Whip Steny Hoyer discovered earlier this week, but we’re doing our best nonetheless. On the IRS targeting issue, we covered a lot of ground yesterday and earlier, but the “fun” never ceases. It will come as a surprise to no one that IRS employees lean heavily Democratic. Their livelihoods depend on the existence of big, complicated government, so of course they’d vote blue. In the 2012 cycle, during which their agency’s abusive methods were in place, IRS employees donated to Barack Obama over Mitt Romney by more than a 2-to-1 margin. What did the political contribution break-down look like in Cincinnati — where the tax exemption office is based? Cough:
The Cincinnati office where the political targeting took place is much more partisan, judging by FEC filings. More than 75 percent of the campaign contributions from that office in the past three elections went to Democrats. In 2012, every donation traceable to employees at that office went to either President Obama or liberal Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown of Ohio.
One. Hundred. Percent. The office’s director is an Obama donor, too.
The undue logistical hoops through which conservative groups were forced to leap are being document left and right; this one’s especially egregious. Even as the president expresses (feigns?) outrage over the IRS’ victimization of groups he’s demonized throughout his presidency, and even after the IRS admitted wrongdoing, some liberals are still trying to justify the agency’s actions. Some say the Tea Party deserved it because they’re racist terrorists; others say their brought it on themselves through their “persecution complex” and attempts to abide by the law, or something….
Why would you need this if ‘wasn’t it supposed to be easy’.. Apparently not. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced Thursday that HHS will spend $150 million to teach people how to enroll in the Obamacare exchanges, after a Democratic senator scolded her for running a poor “public information campaign.”
Isn’t it finny with Democrats they always take the position if only they knew …
Unlike many Republicans, Ted Cruz won’t accept defeat just because the GOP didn’t get their way on the Senate budget. He is still fighting to ensure there are no tax increases or debt ceiling increases, suggesting that Harry Reid make any motion to raise either of the two out of order. Harry Reid, unhappy with Cruz’s request, calls him a schoolyard bully. Ha!
Name calling, is that all you got Harry Reid?
Wussy harry reid today kept crying about ted trying cruz stealing his milk money…
“In a sign of concern among Democrats, U.S. Rep. Edward J. Markey’s Senate campaign is launching the first of an expected barrage of TV ads as national Republicans accused him of running a “despicable” smear campaign against GOP nominee Gabriel Gomez. Markey’s TV ad buy starting today is the first since he won the Democratic nomination and is designed to shore up the longtime Malden congressman’s image after his tough primary battle against U.S. Rep. Stephen F. Lynch. Polls taken right after last week’s primary had Markey clinging to a surprisingly small lead in a matchup with Republican newcomer and businessman Gomez, and showed many voters viewing Markey negatively.”
Benghazi Story Advances; New Hampshire Democrats Hardest Hit. Yes, Kelly Ayotte was ahead of the curve on this scandal, though people are still trying to ignore that: “Morning Joe led with Benghazi & the Kidnapping today. For some reason that speech by Ayotte above wasn’t included.”
Here is Sen Ayotte’s speech …
An excerpt from Senator Kelly Ayotte’s (R-NH) opening remarks at the Nov 14th on the need for a Special Committee to investigate Benghazi via CPAN & Polititick
The Money Quote:
“We owe it to the American people to make sure that we understand: Exactly what happened, What went wrong, Why couldn’t the greatest military in the world respond when an attack occurred almost over a seven hour period, and why were there at the minimum, misstatements made and certainly misimpressions given to the American people about the nature of this attack in the immediate explanations provided by the administration in two weeks following the attack.” Sen Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) 11-14-12
Another who should have read it, before he voted for it!!! What did the GAO have to say about Obamacare?
Although the GAO’s report says that “several provisions of PPACA were designed to control the growth of health care costs,” it also notes the existence of “significant uncertainties surrounding the growth of health care costs” and cautions that Medicare’s “Trustees, CBO, and the CMS Actuary have expressed concerns about the sustainability of certain health care cost-control measures over the long term.” There are other concerns as well:
[The Trustees, CBO, and Medicare’s actuary] have also questioned whether a provision in PPACA that would restrain spending growth by reducing the payment rates for certain Medicare services based on productivity gains observed throughout the economy is sustainable over the long term. According to CMS, health care productivity gains have historically been small, and may be difficult to achieve in the future due to several factors, including the labor intensive nature of the industry and the individual customization of treatments in many cases.
Hint it will never work. Costs will go up, despite Obama’s teleprompter readings. And keep your doctor? More hogwash.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) expressed fresh concerns Wednesday about the implementation of the federal health care reform law, while a second congressional Democrat also chimed in with some worry.
Reid said he agrees with Sen. Max Baucus (D-Mont.), one of the law’s chief architects, who has expressed concerns about potential problems with implementing some of the law’s key components. Baucus recently said he sees a ”huge train wreck coming down” the road in the implementation process.
“Max said unless we implement this properly it’s going to be a train wreck, and I agree with him,” Reid said Wednesday on The Rusty Humphries radio show.
Good thing it was passed in Congress, without one single Republican vote. See what happens when you elect Democrats. And you wonder why they want to disarm the public?
