Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich the Republican establishment in his Saturday address at CPAC, saying the ”dominant wing” of the Republican party has learned nothing and is as “stupid” as it was in 1976.

He said there has been a 50-year struggle for the heart and soul of the conservative movement, and “the Republican establishment is just plain wrong about how it approaches politics” and so is the consulting class.

He cited Pat Caddell, Craig Shirley, and David Bossie as people who were asking the right questions and raising the right issues about the corrupt consultant class and how they contribute to electoral defeat for Republicans at the ballot box by caring only about raising money instead of ideas.

Gingrich said while the country stands on the edge of a “bright future,” both parties in Washignton are “blind to it” because they are “prisoners of the past.”

He echoed a similar sentiment on Friday as well.

“I do think the old guard of the party sometimes gets a little too crusty and a little too anti-ideas, and I think that’s unfortunate,” Gingrich told CNN Friday.

Gingrinch, Stop Negotiating

November 29, 2012

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich said Wednesday that House Republicans should stop negotiating with President Barack Obama and congressional Democrats on the fiscal cliff, saying that by doing so, they give Obama all of the leverage in the talks.

“One of the things I would say to House Republicans is to get a grip,” Gingrich said in a speech at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif.

“They are the majority. They’re not the minority,” he said, enunciating the words as if explaining the concept to someone who did not understand it. “They don’t need to cave in to Obama; they don’t need to form a ‘Surrender Caucus.’”

“So my number one bit of advice to the congressional Republicans is simple: Back out of of all of this negotiating with Obama. The president is overwhelmingly dominant in the news media. You start setting up the definition of success finding an agreement with Obama, you just gave Obama the ability to say to you, ‘Not good enough,’” Gingrich said.

Gingrich: Senator told me networks may have White House emails commanding counterterrorism group to stand down on Benghazi rescue

October 31, 2012

Apparently this is true, there are at least two network outlets that have the emails, that tell our troops to stand down and they come from the White House DSA’s office.

You didn’t think Obama would want a paper trail, which is why the DSA sent the military orders to stand down.

On Tuesday night’s “On the Record with Greta Van Susteren” on the Fox News Channel, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said that major news networks might have secret emails proving that the White House canceled plans to assist the besieged U.S. consulate in Benghazi.

Gingrich said that the bombshell emails could be revealed within the next two days.

“There is a rumor — I want to be clear, it’s a rumor — that at least two networks have emails from the National Security Adviser’s office telling a counterterrorism group to stand down,” Gingrich said. “But they were a group in real-time trying to mobilize marines and C-130s and the fighter aircraft, and they were told explicitly by the White House stand down and do nothing. This is not a terrorist action. If that is true, and I’ve been told this by a fairly reliable U.S. senator, if that is true and comes out, I think it raises enormous questions about the president’s role, and Tom Donilon, the National Security Adviser’s role, the Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, who has taken it on his own shoulders, that he said don’t go. And that is, I think, very dubious, given that the president said he had instructions they are supposed to do everything they could to secure American personnel.”

After noting that the rumor, if true, would have a substantial impact on the presidential election, Gingrich pointed to another possible “October surprise” in the coming days.

“The other big story, I think, that is going to break is on corruption and extraordinary waste in the solar power grants and direct involvement by the Obama White House, including the president, in the solar panel grants involving billions of dollars, and I suspect that’s going to break Wednesday and Thursday of this week,” Gingrich added.

Up to 32 Americans were denied military assistance at the consulate and CIA safe house.

The few media that are covering the abandonment of Americans in Benghazi have focused — and not without merit — on the four Americans that perished over the course of the seven-hour battle.

Ambassador Chris Stevens and diplomat Sean Smith were not the only Americans in the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, however, a fact some of us have lost sight of in our focus on the dead. Nor were Glen Doherty and Ty Woods the only casualties among the forces that disobeyed orders from the Obama administration not to rescue the consulate staff.

When terrorists surrounded the consulate at approximately 8:00 p.m. Benghazi time with 150 men and “technicals” — pickup trucks with heavy machine guns, bearing the logo of Ansar al-Shariah — Stevens and Smith were part of a larger American delegation numbering somewhere between 7-24.

We’re forced to say “approximately” because it has been difficult to determine through media accounts the exact number of Americans inside the consulate.

ARE THERE MORE WH BENGHAZI E-MAILS?

ARE THERE MORE WH BENGHAZI E-MAILS?

CNN: Obama Looked A Little Foolish By Appearing On The View, Huh? A Little?

September 25, 2012

Really CNN ya think so? Is this the only foolish thing Obama has done, in your eyes. I guess all the lies don’t matter.

Of course he looked stupid on the view, di you see him sprawled out on the couch as if he were some choom wagon reject?

Isn’t it obvious that what you have done in the last four years, have not worked. HE looked like a little adolescent sitting there — don’t you think.

Redistributing Full Tape….

September 24, 2012

Barack Obama wanted to use the courts to impose socialism on the country, then he figured out it woudn’t be possible through the courts. That’s the gist of this recently surfaced recording of Obama in a radio interview before his rise from obscurity. If you are thinking of voting for Barack Obama, and you’re not a socialist, you must hear this tape. Socialism was something he was proud of before he began to run for the presidency. With analysis by Newt Gingrich on FOX news.

Well NBC searched high an low for context on the 1998 Loyola Redistribution tape, but evidently didn’t go deep enough. The Daily Caller did.(full tape)

“The Daily Caller has obtained a complete audio recording of the October 19, 1998 Loyola College forum on community organizing and policymaking during which a future President Barack Obama said he favored the government redistribution of wealth. The audio demonstrates the context of that remark and reveals other far-left positions that Obama held as a state senator.

Those positions encompass issues as wide-ranging as gun control, universal health care and welfare reform. Obama also said he viewed welfare recipients and “the working poor” as “a majority coalition” that could be mobilized to help advance progressive policies and elect their champions.”

““I think that what we’re gonna have to do is somehow resuscitate the notion that government action can be effective at all,” he told an audience that reportedly consisted of some 400 people. “There has been a systematic — I don’t think it’s too strong to call it a propaganda campaign — against the possibility of government action and its efficacy,” he said.

“And I think some of it has been deserved. The Chicago Housing Authority has not been a model of good policymaking. And neither, necessarily, has been the Chicago public schools.”

“What that means, then is that as we try to resuscitate this notion that we’re all in this thing together — ‘leave nobody behind’ — we do have to be innovative in thinking.’What are the delivery systems that are actually effective and meet people where they live?’” he said.

It was at this point that Obama launched into his now-famous line about constructing government systems that redistribute wealth. The full recording reveals that Obama saw welfare recipients and the working poor in Chicago as a “majority coalition” who could be leveraged politically.”

Listen to the audio at the link.

But there are tons of things here to dissect and go over and no doubt the Romney campaign will be using it to full effect. This is worse than just having a passing fancy with redistributive ideas, this is full on board socialism. As I told you before throughout his life he has surrounded himself with likeminded progressives/socialist. There is no denial of this, you are known by the company you keep.

Got To Go To The Movies

August 18, 2012

We are going up the road a piece, to watch one of the early Screenings of 2016: Obama’s America. Want to see what the movie has to say …

We want to find out who we elected here, something we used to depend on the mainstream media to do. In the old days … we counted on the media to vet the candidates, lest we make a mistake. We did not plan on the media joining one of the campaigns, and engage is selling us the lies. Silly us.

Now I am trying to figure out how big the mistake really was.

Here is what Newt says about the book …

“Stunning…the most profound insight I have read in the last six years about Barack Obama.”NEWT GINGRICH

I haven’t gone to the movies in decades … But after reading Dinesh D’Souza’s book, The Roots of Obama’s Rage, got to know … He now has a followup, updated book, Obama’s America: Unmaking the American Dream

Bye for now, more later.

Obama Campaign: Ryan ‘Kisses The Ring’ of Jewish Megadonor Adelson

August 15, 2012

The Obama campaign is in an utter tizzy about the selection of Paul Ryan as Mitt Romney’s running mate. Yesterday, they sent out an email asking “why the hell” Romney would pick Ryan, and speculating that it was because Ryan was a corporate patsy who would serve the interests of back room fat cats. Today, they’re making that argument complete with a supremely offensive attack on Ryan’s visit to Las Vegas – and, in particular, his upcoming visit with Republican donor Sheldon Adelson:

Today, just 72 hours after joining the GOP ticket, Paul Ryan is making a pilgrimage to the Sands’ Venetian casino in Las Vegas to kiss the ring of Sheldon Adelson, the billionaire casino magnate who’s already donated more than $35 million to Republican groups in this election.

That’s the same Sheldon Adelson who gave $15 million to help Newt Gingrich against Mitt Romney in the primary, and said he may give $100 million — basically, whatever it costs — to defeat Barack Obama.

We’re starting to get a glimpse of how Romney plans to cash in on his vice presidential pick. Before Ryan’s even been fully introduced to the American people, he’s attending a private fundraiser in Vegas with the top super PAC donor.

We’re doing this differently, with ordinary people chipping in whatever they can afford — but it’s going to take a lot more of us to match them. Will you donate $3 or more today?

And look who is flying the wings off the people’s plane. So what.

But it sure does show that an ideology war was not what Obama wanted, but Mitt delivered to him.

I guess he doesn’t want Obama …

Newt On Obama’s Executive Privilege For Holder

June 26, 2012

Either you didn’t know anything about Fast and Furious, or you did. If you didn’t then there would be no call for executive privilege, since the executive was not involved … hmm.

Via The Hill:

Newt Gingrich joined the ranks of Republicans crying fowl play over President Obama’s executive order over “Fast and Furious” documents demanded in a House investigation of the botched gun-tracking operation, likening the controversy to Richard Nixon and the Watergate scandal.

“Had Richard Nixon after the break-ins turned over everything and said, ‘Let’s find out who’s guilty, get it over with, done, it would have been a blip,” Gingrich said on “The Kudlow Report” Wednesday. “It would have gone away. He would have served his term. History would have been different.”

Newt soldiers on for the cause, but where is Rick Santorum. His hiding act is wearing thin. Shouldn’t he speak up?

REPORT: RICK SANTORUM IS DROPPING OUT TODAY

April 10, 2012

Rick Santorum will drop out of the GOP race today at Gettysburg.

After several initially conflicting reports, Fox News confirmed it.

Santorum is suspending his campaign after a raucus primary season in which he came from nowhere to beat Romney (barely) in the Iowa caucuses.

Despite Newt Gingrich’s win in South Carolina, Santorum became the “anti-Romney” in the race, an alternative candidate for conservatives who could not abide the front-runner.
