Searching For Bi-Partisanship: Compare, Iraq War Vote, Obama’s 2009 (non)Stimulus Bill

Something to remember … Only 3 Republicans voted for the 2009 Stimulus, while there were 111 Democrats who supported the 2003 Iraq War vote.

This is the face of Obama’s new age of bi-partisanship, as the largest waste of taxpayers money in a pork filled spending bill, in the history of the USA is passed — With the most partisan outcome for a major piece of legislation in recent memory. Of course, Obama promised a lot of things, and has so far delivered on none.

The way it has been told by the PRAVDA media, the Iraq war was hated by the American people, yet the facts seem to paint a different picture. Could it be the PRAVDA media lied about the facts, so as to paint the picture they wanted painted — You decide.

The Iraq War Resolution was introduced as H.J. Res 114 (Public Law 107–243). It passed the House of Representatives on Thursday on October 10, 2002 by a vote of 296-133 and passed the Senate on October 11, 2002 by a vote of 77-23. It was signed into law by President Bush on October 16, 2002.
